By using Beckland & Charter Services, including our chauffeur transport and Airbnb accommodation services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
We provide airport transfers, chauffeur services, and Airbnb accommodation arrangements for our clients across South Africa.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance
- Payment may be required to secure reservations
- Prices may vary depending on distance, time, and service type
3. Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice may qualify for refund
- Late cancellations may be charged
- No-shows may be charged in full
4. Airport Transfers
- Clients must provide correct flight details
- We monitor flights for delays
- Extended waiting time may incur additional charges
5. Accommodation
- Guests must follow property rules
- Damages are the responsibility of the guest
- Check-in/out times must be respected
6. Conduct
- No illegal activity permitted
- Drivers may refuse unsafe passengers
- Seatbelts must be worn
7. Liability
Beckland Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.
